Salt
4 1/2 cup rice
8 1/2 cup water
Mince
Mix Veges
2 or 3 onions
Canola Cooking oil
Utensils:-
Measuring cups
Knife (adult supervision)
Chopping Board
Spatula
Pot
Electric frying pan/ frying pan
Method:-
- First wash the pot and add the 4 1/2 cup of rice, then thoroughly wash it.
- Then add 8 1/2 cup of water , measure up to the first line of you'r index finger to ensure that it has enough moisture
- Add a pinch of salt for flavour and cook for 45 min.
- Slice the onions and add into the frying pan with the cooking oil.
- Then caramelize the onions then add the mince and cook until it turns brown, then add a pinch of salt for seasoning.
- Then add the mix veges and cook for an extra 10-15 min.
- When rice and steak is all done serve, share and enjoy.
